All of our handmade items are shipped neatly wrapped in a beautiful tissue paper in a burlap satchel, tied with a twine bow and a handwritten thank you note.

HORRIBLE Customer service, delivery & follow thru. The item was never received. The Seller willfully failed to ship & deliver item as promised. The Seller also failed to follow up & communicate when contacted on 9/20 regarding the item & shipment. Purchase date: 9/12, Promised delivery date: 9/22,. Destination: Chicago. Nothing arrived on 9/22., and the shipper’s site clearly reflected that the seller had never turned over the item to be shipped. After being contacted (a 2nd time) with a refund request, the seller elected to carelessly & cheaply ship the item on 9/25 via USPS. The item was “delivered” after business hours (8:30pm) on 9/27 - (5 days late and 15 days after purchase) USPS left on the item on the ground, unattended in the dark..stolen.
